Firefox Extensions For Better Browsing and Surfing

For those that use Firefox, there are hundreds of Firefox extension that can be found on the web. Below some of my list of collection that I just collect and use for my own (not all of that). There are many extension that can be use to optimized your Firefox navigation- downloading, browsing and navigating process in Firefox easily.

Most of these extensions should work in latest Firefox Web Browser and if not you can easily updated them with the latest one. With this list of extension (will updated regularly), you should install the one that best for your "needs" only. Choose only best for you.

Here is the list:

Control Web page Behaviour and Navigation Extension.

1. GreaseMonkey - Install user scripts and change the behavior of any web page.
2. Image Zoom - Right click on an image and select a zoom option from the pop up menu, or, hold down the right mouse button in combination with the mouse wheel to zoom in or out on an image.
3. Fasterfox - Speed up Firefox. Dynamic speed increases can be obtained with Fasterfox’s unique prefetching mechanism, which recycles idle bandwidth by silently loading and caching all of the links on the page you are browsing. Also tweaks many network and rendering settings. I use this extension.
   
4. SpellBound - enables spell checking in web forms such as html text area / input elements (html input password elements are not checked by SpellBound) and rich text form elements. This allows you to spell check forms before submitting them.
5. AutoCopy - Select text on any web page and it will be automatically copied to the clipboard. Middle click to Paste.
6. Copy Plain Text - Copies text without formatting. Ideal to copied only a text and remove the formatting. Don't have to copy the text to notepad again and again.
   
7. Adblock Plus - Good to Block ads, applets, flash, embedded-media and other.
   
8. Flashblock - blocks all Flash content from loading on a webpage.
9. Clear Cache Button - Adds a clear cache tool bar button that cleans the cache in one click. Very handy for those who want to clear their security site.
10. gTranslate - translate any text in a web page just by selecting and right-clicking over it. Uses the Google translation services.
11. Xinha Here! - is a wrapper for the Xinha HTML editor that enables WYSIWYG editing in any text area and text box on any website.
12. Yoono - instantly suggests alternate sites and people who share the same interests while you are surfing. I use this extension.
    
13. Cooliris Preview - preview other search site with mouse over only. I use this extension.
    

Security/Privacy Extension

1. SwitchProxy - lets you manage and switch between multiple proxy configurations quickly and easily. You can also use it as an anonymize to protect your computer from prying eyes.
2. NoScript - allows JavaScript, Java (and other plugins) only for trusted domains of your choice. This white list based pre-emptive blocking approach prevents exploitation of security vulnerabilities with no loss of functionality. I don't like this one because it make my Firefox work slow.
   

Web Search Extension.

1. Google Toolbar for Firefox - Lets you search google and all its services easily. Also powered by Google Suggest (Get query suggestions as you type in the search box), SpellCheck, AutoFill, Pagerank of web page, access to gmail, WordTranslator etc. Get this one.
   

Music.

1. FoxyTunes - Listen to music while surfing the Web, and control your favorite media player without ever leaving the browser. Malaysia user had limited use of this exstension.
   
2. MediaPlayerConnectivity - Allow you to launch embed video of website in an external application with a simple click

Google Adsense.

1. Adsense Notifier - Displays your Adsense earnings on the status bar.

5- Zoho Notebook - HTML or RSS feeds can be added to any notes that you create. This application also had Firefox add on. The best online notes application I think.

It's all about Paypal again, but this time I want to write about a post i found on the net and about paypal limited account access.

I just found this interesting post when i browse for Malaysian Paypal (keywords) on the net. The title post is very much interesting on it's goes like this "How to Trick PayPal and Add a Fake U.S. Bank Account". I'm so supprised when i read the title post and make me wanna know more what about it.

Actually, this guy from Malaysia teach how to add a fake US bank account to accept pending payment in your Paypal account(on May Paypal had some minor problem, some of the users had problem to received payment-i also had this problem).

The post there teach how to trick Paypal with a temporarily solution-with his method he succesfully accept the pending payment in Paypal account. Add the fake US account> Received the Payment> Remove the fake US account. Hmmm.....sound really interesting and easy method.

With this method you will get:
1- Fake US account.
2- Routing Number-Fake routing number since the account is fake.
3- Bank name-The Bank Of New York-Cool haaa....
4- Your pending payment can be accepted.

What hots with this idea:
1- You can release your payment if success.
2- You can use fake US Bank Account for free-really cool.
3- You can cheat Paypal-that even cool for me.

What not hots with this idea:
1- Great gurus-Malaysian guy teach this method-that why Malaysian Paypal users had many problem.
2- You can get limited account access or being suspended by Paypal.
3- List the risk yourself.

That why many Malaysian Paypal users get suspended and had limited account access. Trying to outsmart Paypal is not a good idea i think. With this kind of act, Paypal will track you easily and you can get big problem.

This kind of attitude and activities not only make some the user that outsmart Paypal will get the problem, it's also will make all Malaysian users get into the problem. It will make hard to us to use full benefits of Paypal program. Malaysia Paypal Users VS Paypal - Big Problem To Malaysian Users

It's really great and sad to read all about Paypal vs Malaysia Paypal users, why i'm saying this. It's all because the problem that Malaysian Paypal users can't withdraw the money directly to any Malaysian Bank Account. This a big problem to Malaysia Paypal users actually.

Not like other Asian country-Singapore and Thailand now can accepted Paypal fund through they country bank account, Malaysian likely can't do the same thing. Malaysian can withdraw the fund unless you have US Bank Account.

What Malaysia Paypal user can do with the Paypal account:
1- Malaysian only can accept the Paypal payment and says NO to withdraw it/unless you have US Bank Account.
2- Start selling in Ebay.com marketplace.
3- Malaysian seller can start accept credit card payment.
4- Request and Send money worldwide.
5- Received fund Worldwide.

For me Paypal will open the door to all Malaysian users to it's full benefit in the near future i think. But what the date, month or years i don't know. I believe it will happen because Paypal HQ are now in Singapore.

In my other post i wrote that Google Inc already integrated Spain Panoramio into Google. The other news is, Google also purchased FeedBurner for around $100 million.

Google has acquired RSS management firm FeedBurner, the companies announced on Friday. The move means Google advertisers will have another, new avenue for their marketing, because FeedBurner serve more than 431,171 publishers will be able to join the Google AdSense publisher network. The site allows blog owners to manage their RSS feeds and track usage of their subscribers.
